Substitutions were not made

Hey, mates!,

I got a question while I was playing against a player. I hope you can bring me a answer...

During a match, as soon as the end of the first time came, I tried to replace some players and modify the formation. I thought the changes could change the match fate (I was losin for 2 goals), but the substitutions weren’t made during the last 45' of the second half. I just see how the formation changed, but not the players who were playing.

According to the narration, there were actions where the ball went out or a foul,...

Do someone know why those substitutions were not made? I did something wrong? I corroborated thousands of times that I had accepted the changes, and everything was correct.

It happens but the truth is the substitution are made but it is some glitch or something we dont know which happens that time durings sub.

I have also faced this problem but i never lost a match like you [emoji23] SAD BRO !
