I'd use a 4-1-4-1. I won against a equal quality team 5-1 with this counter. Defensive mentality (if you feel on the match that they are being strong, put High Defensive), mixed and short passes, counter-attack on, low pression, man-to-man marking (your DL, DR and DCs will mark his STs; your DMC will mark his AMC) and offside trap off.
