How to win 3-1-3w-3

Hello my friends i am new in the forum, i am playing my 29.th season in Top11. I won 5xleague, 3x Cl, but i had a big pause without playing. So I won my Trophies in 10 "real"seasons. So now can you help me? My opponent is playing 3w-1-3w-3 and he is 87% strong. I am 99% but he makes me problems with his Formation.
It's the 2. round of the cup, the first round I won away 0:1.
He is always playing with the same Formation.
At the first game i went for 4-2Mc-2Aml/Amr-2St hexagon.
I am playing against him in the league too, and he is the only strong opponent i have.
