well its very defensive and attacking formation... how to counter it or win by 1:0 ?

I suggest you 4-3-1-2 Narrow.
Attacking mentality, short passing through the middle, zonal, own half.

I would suggest to pass by the wings and play 4-1-3-2, or, extremely offensive and play 3-1-3-1-2.

You don't need Dmc for this case ;)

You never know, his opponent won't goal, but better to be sure on the center. He has to focus on attacking, then case #2, 3-1-3-1-2. After, there's plenty of solutions, and also de randomness of the game itself.

3-4-3 his ass/ atleast 3-5-2....offside trap his ass

against only one striker and no AMs, id always go 3n with no dmc. against dmc, attacking wingers... my choice: 3n-0-3n-2w-2 (3DC 3MC AML/AMR 2ST)

maybe you could place 1 amc in front of huber (dc)..

I would suggest a 3-5-2 or 3-2-3-1 and focus down flanks.
