It is now 9-6-2015, and for 1 year I have tried numerous formations against 4-1-2-1-2 ND, including 4-1-3w-2, 4-4-2, 3n-1-3n-1-2, and 4-5-1 V. None have worked consistently.
Then I read this 5-13-2013 thread: http://forum.topeleven.com/formation...w-diamond.html
I tried Der Panzer's 4-1DMC-3n-2 formation (Normal, mixed, mixed, off; Low, normal, zonal, off; Down arrows 2DCs) against an opponent slightly better than me (he 131.5, me 130.5), and I lost 0:3.
Then I tried crystnel's 3n-1-4-2 formation (Normal, DBF, short, off; Low, normal, zonal, off; Up arrows ML/MR), and I scored 3:0 in the first 24 minutes! I won with a final score of 4:2. AMAZING!
TRY CRYSTYNEL'S FORMATION 3N-1-4-2 AGAINST 4-1-2-1-2 ND! IT WORKS WONDERS!

I used 3-1-4-2 against a bit better team and won by a huge 4-0. 3-1-4-2 is perfect against 4-1-2-1-2. I used normal mentality, down both flanks, mixed passes, no counter/yes to offside trap, high pressure, estilo de corte: duro, men-to-men marking.

I use 3N 1 4 2 against ND too, it clusters the middle and still have advantage on the flanks. Never lost since I started using a 3N 1 4 2 against narrow diamond.

But today I lost to slightly weaker team in Cup first round...at home! My team play 3n-1-4-2 average 27 and him 24, ballpossesion 59% to me, plus 13% possession at home and fans support. His Amc score 2 goals...What should I play at his ground later? Need some advices pls...tq!
