His match record showed he normally uses long-pass., normal tracking.

What's the kind of counter formation and tactics I should use to get a lot of goals from this guy?

I am playing something similar as i am tanking. 2 of each position in the middle. As expected, the ones that do really well against me are those with wingers. Not too good with formations so will stop here
