Maybe you can try to use 31231 to counter their 4231, 3DC - DMC - 2MC - AML AMC AMR - ST.
Normal or Defence, mixed or long passing, mixed forcus, force counter, low pressing, easy or normal tracking, zone marking.
If you can't goal before the half match, try to change your AM area like 2 AMC + AML or AMR (based on the def skill of the opposing DL/DR player). and move your ST to the same side, not middle.
