How to beat 4-1-3-2 - Super Important!!

Hey guys, need your help one more time.
Tommorrow i have a match against this guy which playing 4-1-3-2. Now - My 6 star ML has been injured so i only have the replacer which is 4 stars (45 quality, pretty low :()

So, I need to win because i have a really hard league and need to be in top 7.
But the question is, how. I will play with hard tackling, attack from both flanks and now i am confused if to play

1) Regualr and man on man defending.
2) Regular and zonal defending
3) Defensive and man on man defending or man on man.

What to do? Please help me!!

you'll be fine with 4-4-2 as it I think. In any case, play wide.

I would always suggest zonal marking (unless you have world class defenders). down both flanks is essential.
