How to win against better team with 4-1-2-3 formation?

Hello! I just played a cup match against a 4-1-2-3 (92%) and my team is 83% (4-1-2-2-1). I lost with 1-0 home match. My training bonus was at 40%, morale 100% and condition around 90%. How to win the next match with him?

your 4-3-3 probably wont do well with his 4-5-1V (Im assuming)

looks like you did well. 10% difference and they scored only 1 against you.

I had a 4-5-1 V and was superior team 116.9 against 98.6 40% training, superb prep and still lost 1-0 at home against 4-3-3
