Looked up that 3-5-2 is best vs 5-3-2, but dont find any orders for my 3-5-2.

He:

both formations you mentioned seem fine, i would prefer 5 in the middle, i would play attacking hard tackling short passing mixed focus, no offside no counter, marking style and pressure is up to you
