Im new to the game and im trying to find a counter for the formation 3-2-2w-1-2

Do i go for a 4-1-4-1 ?

I would direct your passing style to middle and use a cutting formation e.g. 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-1-2, use an AMC that is either a playmaker or dribbler (if available) and advance them by clicking their arrows to forward or go defensive.
