How to beat 4-1-1-2W-2

Season 4 : This league (Lv 3) of my team, almost other teams are Stronger than my team, average Quality > 30, while my team =25

so my team had just won only 3 matchs, drawn 2, and losed 9.

Many of team same level, quality < my team but in their league, average Quality smaller than my team much... so their teams were still standing Top 1, 2, 3 ...........

Help me to build some formations, tactic so I can use usually. TnksAttachment 6938:cool:

This morning, my team win only 1-0, I used 3-5-2 V style , Counter and Flanks...

My team scored only 1 goal/match, couldn't > 2 , What I can do with my team to score more 1 goal ?
