Tactics vs. 4-2DMC-3AMC-ST

Hi everyone, I first thought the formation would be illegal, but a guy with 5*/Scout quality plays quite successful in my CL.
He blocks the center and his attacking players are in the center as well, so a massive DM and offensive wing play came to my mind. But I am not sure about the exact tactics and line-up.

Has anyone of you ever met this formation and made experiences with the system?

Thanks, that is an interesting line-up. But how about the setup: Is it long balls down both flanks?
