Is it even legal to play with a formation like this?
Im actually thinking about using 3-2-3-2 vs him ...what do you think ?

or you can just play a flat 5 midfield like 4-5-1 flat or 3-5-2 flat and boss the midfield area to hope to cut off supply to their attackers.
Control the middle and you'll shut him down :-)
