Very strange asimetric formation but it's look like the players that you showed are 12...Who misses?
You are right, it is strange.
It might be because he has 12 players.

Its called "improvised" he's using what he has available playing their strengths, I've had to do that early in the season when I went on an ugly suspension and injury streak, my suggestion is to play to your own strength and watch the match to make necessary adjustments.
