I searched for a long time, but didnt find anything effective and efficient against
3-4-1-2:

He has pretty much only Scout players. My Avrrage ist 20 :/
Was thinking of 4-5-1V edition, with counter, attacking? and hard tackling

Try 5-2-1-2 X-style, I used that in last season's CL and got a 5-1 win...

I got DR, DL, DMC and AMR, AMC, AML, MC, ST
Use 4-2dmc-aml-amc-amr-st. Ive used this formation against 3-4-1-2 with good results. Normal mentality, both flanks, short passing, normal tackling, no offside or counter. GlOriginally Posted by igotBAWS

4-5-1 V style is good.With your DMC you stop his AMC.With your attacking wings you will gain effect cuz he hasn't any wingbacks.hmmmm
Would this work, or will i get destroyed? Maybe with 3 mc, instead of two ST?

If you have DMC and 3 MC's you'll practically loose function of one player.Use two MC's and one ST.This formation that u show is for 12 players.
