Can you, please, help me ? I don't find a name for this kind of formation. And i don't know how to beat it.

The name is "illegal formation".

You should be able to beat it playing any old formation since you have 80% possession.

for what i know you must have at least 3 def 1mc 2 on the flanks and 1 st

Against that formation i should play 4-4-2 classic
