PLS help with 3W-1-3N-3 (all 3 ST)

Hi guys, I have problem playing against this formation. I can play any. Pls suggest what to use. THX.

i played almost the same and i lost even i have much stronger team.

ok, so far, the best results i am achieving against this formation is countering with

4-1-4-1

arrows on ALL flanks and DMC

still not good enough

ANY Ideas how to play against 3W-1-3N-3

It can´t be impossible....i think its a not balanced team... so please HELP :)

any ideas here?
