How to beat 3-2-2-3?

I need some help to defeat my opponent who's using 3N-2DML-DMR-2MC-3ST.
Although my team is higher rated he defeated me 1-2 in the first leg of the semi-final of the CL.

I really want to win this but I can't find a counter tactic anywhere so that's why I ask your help.

So.. anyone knows what's the best counter-tactic against 3N-2DML-DMR-2MC-3ST?
