i meet a crap team in league playing with this formation
some suggested 4-2N-2W-2 hexagon, some 451V.. am tempted with 4141 tbh

Personally I would go 4-2-2-2 hexagon.
Ideally you would want to play with 2 strikers because of his 3W defence.

Well if you're prepared to go on full on defensive for the match then you can try.. it could work as well.

another option suggested by fourth July in counter table is narrow diamond .. not sure feeling ok to leave his wingers free tbh
used 4-1-4-1 had 56% possession and he was watching too and scored first but then my player sent off at 20 min .. so had to switch to a new formation .. lost in penalties thanks to stupid ref
