He has good defense.His weak is the middle.You're the manager,gain ball possession with at least 2 MC's and ML and MR,construct your formation by these arguments.

This is the worst mentality of team I ever seen.Never use red arrow on DMC,Never use blue arrow on DL and DR and never use red arrows on all your squad.But the formation is not bad.Use red arrow only on your MR.AML and AMC

No,it's not necessary to use arrows at all.Dont use any arrows if you want.Why you use red arrow on your Striker?He is striker.Leave the team without arrows.Use arrows only on some of your players.Like DL amd DR,they can be with red arrows to help the attack from the flanks.Dont use red arrow on your DMC never!He is defensive midfield,not attacking.Use red arrows on your AML and MR.

Yes.You'll gain ball posession.But you can use 3DC's,1DMC,ML,MC,MC,MR,ST.You'll have ball possesion cuz your many midfielders.
