Against 4-3-3 flat i would suggested to u 3 formations :
1) 4-1-4-1 ( no AML AMC AMR) .....
2) 3-1-3-2w-1
3) 3-3-2w-1 (no DMC)

Personally i would play with the 1st formation ......down both flanks
