Help for 4-3-3 FLAT

Hello, today I am going to face 4-3-3 flat:

- ST ST ST -
- -- --------
--MC MC MC--
--------------
DL DC --DC--DR

I am thinking of using this formation:

------ST------
AML--------AMR
--MC-MC-MC---
---------------
DL-DC---DC-DR

My idea is like that. Since he has 3x ST I am using 4 defenders to cover his ST.
Then since he has 3x MC I am using 3x MC on the same spots, so that they are covered aswell.
Now since he only has DC ( central defenders ) I am planning to use AML and AMR and focus passing down both flanks. He has neither DL / DR nor DMR/DML so my AML/AMR will remain uncovered.
I will use this orders:
Attacking
Down both flanks
Own Half
Hard tackling ( he has no free kick specialist/my players have high moral/his quality of players is way better than mine)
Passing Style: Short
Marking: Zonal
No counter attacks, no offside traps.

What do you guys think I can change for better results?

Against 4-3-3 flat i would suggested to u 3 formations :
1) 4-1-4-1 ( no AML AMC AMR) .....
2) 3-1-3-2w-1
3) 3-3-2w-1 (no DMC)

Personally i would play with the 1st formation ......down both flanks

I try 3-5-2 V at my first cup game and i lost 3-1 away .
Today its my home match . I need 2 goals. If i play with 4-3-3 also , might beat him ?
Teams quality is 43.6 for me and 37.4 for him

I wouldn't risk it.

Dandelion for me but thats just my choice... Dandelion tends to beat formations that have 3 MC's quite well.

What u mean ? Dandelion ?

Finaly i beat 4-3-3 using 4-1-4-1 with attacking from the flanks . Second half i used hard attacking . Score 4-1

@kleofc, did you use force counterattacks to beat that team ?

Always i used counter attack

Yeaterday I played against this formation and I won 3-0 . Without watching it . I used 4.1.2.1.2 . Middle attack . Short pass
Blue arrow in DMC . Red arrow in AMC
