A new 3-2-2-2-1: what do you think?

Hey, I was shuffling my formation to face opponent who uses 3-5-1-1. I figured out this

AML----AMC--------
----MC------MC----
--------DMC----DMR
DR--DC-----DC-----

AML blue arrow, DMR red arrow, mixed passing (or left flank?), normal mentality, force counterattacks.

Could it possibly work or is it football suicide? Any suggestions?

This is similar to my favourite asymmetric formation. These kinds of formations are great against a lot of teams but against balanced teams like 4-4-2, it could hurt you.
