How to beat 4-1-3W-1-1?

Hey guys,

iam playing tomorrow against a friend of mine. We are in the same league, he has 21.2 quality and i have 18.9. His team is uses only 5 and 4 stars player, while i still use 3 star players -.-.

He uses the mentioned formation 4-1-3W-1-1. His Formation is pretty badass, considering his win rate this season and last season ^^.
In our league, we both have the strongest teams. The next best team has 17.2. So its pretty easy for him...

Iam using this formation:

4 - 1DMC - 2MC - 1 AML + 1 AMR - 1ST

How good is my formation against him ? Can i actually win against him ?

the game is tomorrow at 6.30 PM.
