    How about the other orders?

Attacking mentality? (don't know if there is any difference when you're stronger or weaker)
    Attack down the wings?
    Pressing: whole pitch?
Tackling: (when best to use hard/normal/soft?)
    Mixed passing?
    Zonal defence

    counter: no?
    off-side trap: no?

Well it's up to you when it comes to mentality. If u wanna score goals and keep pressure then go for attacking. And if you want to keep ur net clean as much as u can and just wait for the right counter then go for defense.
Attack both flanks with red arrows on AMR & AML .i suggest using 2 (DMC)'s and if losing give both of them red arrows to help you control the center of the field. Pressing your own half, tackling: normal coz hard might cause red cards and penalties.
Passing style: mixed, go for counter attack.no offside trap.

Ps: you can start with red arrows on your DR & DL so they can help you in attacking the flanks for sure. but I usually don't take the risk of doing that when am playing against teams with strong strikers.
