How to counter 4-1-2-3

can you help me againgst this formation ?

how should i counter this formation ? my game is at 2pm after noon.

I usually play with 4-5-1 V style.

Yesterday i had my most difficult game this season against this same tactic.
I started with a 4-5-1 V with offensive mentality and was getting bombed all first half, i had a greater team than him so i hanged on to the 0-0.
Second half i started with 4-1-2-1-2 (Diamond) and it wasn't effective, the tie remained so i tried to play in counter attack with 4-4-2 classic and i scored two goals. Luck? I don't know, but I sure struggle against that tactic!
