How can I counter a 3(w) 2 3(w) 2

Can anyone tell me how to counter this formation. I tried a 451 v style attacking down the flanks, but despite having a stronger team, we struggled. Any help appreciated. :)

any ideas ?

4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond works for me against this. Zone defence. normal tackling. own half.
rest depends on if you want possession or counter.
