It could be that you were temporarily disconnected when you launched the app - please just launch it again.
In case you are still missing the reward, please close the offer wall.

If you use iOS 9 version, ad blockers might prevent you from receiving the reward, so please turn off your ad blockers and do the offer again.

If credits are not added please send us a "screenshot" that clearly shows the app (or the email you received after completion, if there was one).
