I'd like better youth players just like everyone else, but most teams are mostly 5 stars, and it'd be odd to have a couple of youths per season that are immediately on par with your starting eleven...

+1 on that, even though its 2 days longer than the current 12 days the youth academy works. My Pattern is 4,16,28,12,24,8,20 days of the league season.

It is worth signing up the 2* player which is free just to immediately place onto the transfer market to bring in some funds to the club.

yea and fyi highest scout player value for my level is only 5M. hence you can save 18M and some tokens lol
