I was going to use the narrow diamond, but went with the 4-1-4-1 instead. I played red arrows on the wings and dml/dmr's with blue arrows on the dmc. I won 4-0.

Ok. But one important note: don't change formation to 451V which is very similar to 4141, but 43n3 is direct counter for 451V.
In case you need goal, better take one defender off and put in 2nd ST,...
