from my observation, match preview will only change after i restart the game. there is no apply button, every single change you made will immediately applied after you leave the squad screen

if your defender got higher marking, higher strength and almost equal speed attribute compare with opponent attacker, it is fine to use man to man, but make sure you got enough man on your half...
