I totally agree with cookizzz, having a stable first team helps alot as opposed to switching players around every match. I also try and stick to 1 formation but if a manager tries to counter it then...

League match was awful... Couldn't attend, had to play a indoor match. Lost our league match 3-0 away, atleast the indoor match we won!! This is going to be a competitive season... Now sitting in 5th!
