    I think it's fine how it is. I do one hard training a day for subs and it regenerates in time for my next match so no problems here. There are other issues which need sorting.

    I'm guessing that you also want 'Fergie Time' to be added at the end of each match that your losing..... You can see what the Ts&Cs are when you join the game, your a player in a game that someone...

    5% per 3 hours is 40% in 24 hours. A match costs about 20% condition, so actually its pretty perfect. Sometimes matches are scheduled too close to each other, but thats what subs, reserves and green...
