   red arrow on players at flanks : LB/RB/LM/RM .. i usually add one too for the DMC, but make it blue as his AMC and STs were very good and thus needed more protection , i added blue arrow on CBs too

   no ... never do that .. 2* is slowest trainer you will ever get you need 75 skills to move him 1 star, and if he is fastest trainer that is about 75 green pack if you are lucky = 65T, so to move him...
