I don't think it;s defensive, normal or attacking. High press. Maybe short passing, but you'd have to see what happens in live animation. Counter off, offside on against eqaul or lower quality...

Yes, if you care about the bonusses through power training. Otherwise just use hard and very hard drills. If you're just power training one player, you won't get the bonusses anyway.
