If you want to keep playing but give up on your team, just choose a likely one in the seeking new manager list, and yours will be put on a list for other...

If you want to, you either take over a different Team on that list, then yours goes to a list for other Managers..
Or, do not log in for 70 days and your Team automatically goes there.
