I have a full 3* team and i still play against teams 2 levels above. Team 2 or 3 levels above that you face on CUP are abandoned or only semi active, they are normaly easy to beat.

He has 14 players. His team is unmanaged or decimated by unsigned contracts, retirals etc or both. The system shuffled the available players into a formation. And trolled a draw from you.:(

Keeping around 7 good players is a good strategy. You don't want to be unable to acquire players on the market while your first Cup match is 2-4 hours from the new season reset.

Well nothing can be perfect :D At least you win the cup without spending at least $100 every month to train your players up to 9* :P

If i am in debt (bid more mony than i have), what happens? I read some players are sold automatically - is this true? How fast are they sold? Do i get a warning, to try and come up with the money?

The money that you will get is negligible... Upgrading stadium will always help you in the long run...

Well then you have to start selling your team and buying 3* free players on the market. Remember buy those with age of 32 or less, otherwise they will be retired at the end of the season. Remember...

You're right =)) If you have limited tokens and cannot train your players to 9*, then following my method will enhance your chance of winning the Cup :P

I've just watched a match of a friend of mine and after it was finished I've had a look at the statistics. There I saw, that one of his players got a rating of 3!! Really really bad performance... ...
