it works really well if you're the stronger team and you're gonna play with an attacking mentality and press the whole pitch. I don't tend to use it while playing a back 4 though, i save it for back...

4141 with up arrows on ML+R and DL+R, normal, short passing, mixed or wings, i prefer mixed but ur call, no offside, no counter, press own half, that kinda thing. Thats what i'd consider :)

the value reflects not only their age and current quality but their training speed, so using the example you posted, you can safely assume that the 18yo ST who costs 1M despite being a weaker player...
