No mate, no bonuses for friendlies but your players improve just like if they were training or in a match. But it isnt good, no control over which skill improves. I still prefer to train each player...

Yup i like it too. I always like changes that in some way reward active users. It will not always be effective and we still get trolled but at least we have this option to train. Inactive players...

Good idea. Like putting in request to our assistant manager or youth coach for the positions we want. Maybe with filters for quality range, age and position. And the AM can tell us a rough estimate...
