Well, for me before, it was about 10 injuries from such a session overall including next day.

I think there are several things that go into injury likelihood, actually:
I think physical stats (fitness, strength) I like mine to be as high or higher than primary skill stats....

I agree with you Slickz, but my advice to you is to SELL guys that get injured more than once. really. At your level that's what I did. Everything else you do, it seems unfair and trolly for sure,...

I would go with Tower or my favorite formation (maple leaf, but then my guys are used to playing that).
He has a BUNCH of guys in your end, you need to be able to hold them off, of your two...
