I agree. Accumulation of tokens is not that difficult, just sign the contract, login daily, join a random asso and I can accumulate about 50-60T per season.

For me, 4 first teams were relatively easy. I was defeated by 5st team, I will not pay 10T just to play with teams whose quality are far above me.

2. Fixed tactic, I don't even known my player names.
