The only way to detect nordgens is by team name, stupid team names. And check there history, nordgens dont have games played. Prices above those, sometimes you Will see players with 107 or 108...

For what i saw, it seems that the servers with the tecnical problem of the LEAGUE draw end up with friends in LEAGUE, while the other servers without that problem ended in a quality based LEAGUE. ...

In Cl happens the same that in LEAGUE, If fir some reason there arent enought teams of the same level to make a competion, some teams from a level below will be selected to fill the blanked spots.
