You will easily find a Gold I association as an active player. It's one of the best things in TE in my opinion, because you can play together with other people and get rewarded for it. :D

Yes you are right. For my server, there is currently a cup and CL for every 2 1/2 levels when looking at it from top of the server. So this season we had one for level 72 down to the stronger level...
