One on One stopper is the obvious choice here because its not often you will be faced with penalties in comparison.

Well... Support cannot be stopped, but it can make you unpopular by doing it. I'd say support would only be necessary if you need a team to lose if your trying to get in the CL for example.

They are good for the lower levels because they don't cost too much $, and $ is what you don't get a lot of at the lowest levels of the game.
