If you take the number of 5* players on the market per day, there may be more of them, I don't know. But now, when managers from different levels see the same market, it looks like the players are...

It looks like the League is set up on the end of season update, but in previous seasons has not been visible until Day 3. In the past couple of seasons, to avoid the 'no matches to be played' screen...
