In that case, better go for, 4-1-3(2MC/1MR)-1AML-1. Put a blue arrow on the AML to try to balance things. You'll still have some edge on him in the midfield section.

Use 4-1-4-1. Red arrows on MC only. It allows to cover your whole defense, including flanks and DMC position. Your attacks should be good as well with those arrows.

Best solution to injury rush, is to have more players than you can use. This helps me a lot and I can go on playing well with up to 6, 7 injured players at the same time. Don't keep curing them...
