If you train SA you cant get attributes with training.After the SA is complete then your player will start gaining attributes points again.

at max quality 164 the max price must be 112m. I have not find a player with 113m value.

There stats are: 123091 123093 In asso games i really dont see any advantage for my mutant team. As you can see your self the mutants teams have many defeats now. The game engine does not...

I think they are just cosmetic, nevertheless they were made to define mentality of each player. Up arrow offensive mentality, down arrow defensive mentality, no arrow default(normal) mentality.
