if you change player every season. so keep 5-7 scrappy low value, sell all other and buy player from 29-31 years old at 38 or 39. they won't go futher than 39 and sell all at the end of season, ...

to get a star it goes up in stages of 5 . so for instance if you get a level 20 player .... to get another star you need to make him level 25. But so you don't wonder what's going on ... the star...
