I don't know how true this is, but I've heard as a guide to look at the maximum ticket price, divide it by 4 and set the price at that for League, a bit higher for Cup and CL and quite a bit lower...

It stored as a 32 bit signed integer any more than 2,147,483,647 and your money would go negative, thats why there is a maximum.
